Inconel 725 (UNS N07725) Seamless Pipe & Tube for Oil & Gas | Age-Hardenable Nickel Alloy

  • High-strength nickel alloy tubing developed by age hardening, ideal for high-load components and aggressive media.

  • Corrosion resistance comparable to Alloy 625, with enhanced strength for sour and marine environments.

  • Supplied as seamless pipe & tube with full traceability and export-ready documentation

Product Description

A precipitation-hardenable nickel alloy engineered for demanding oil & gas and marine environments—where high strength,
corrosion resistance, and reliable traceability are non-negotiable.

Age-Hardenable Strength

Strength is developed by heat treatment, supporting high-load service with stable toughness.

625-Like Corrosion Resistance

Comparable corrosion performance to Alloy 625, with higher achievable strength after aging.

Seamless Quality & Traceability

Heat/lot traceability, MTR/CMTR support, and export packaging for global projects.

What It Is

Inconel 725 (UNS N07725) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy designed for severe corrosion exposure and enhanced mechanical strength through age hardening. It is widely selected for critical components in corrosive and high-stress service—especially in offshore oil & gas and marine systems.

Typical Applications

Oil & Gas / Subsea

  • Downhole and completion hardware (high-load, corrosive media)
  • Connectors, control lines, instrument tubing
  • CRA service where strength + corrosion resistance are both required

Marine & Chemical Processing

  • Marine hardware and high-strength assemblies
  • Corrosive fluid transfer lines and auxiliary piping
  • Systems exposed to chlorides and aggressive aqueous environments
